For years, Masala Box has brought people together over the Indian food they love. The support and affection we’ve received from our customers and the Bayside community have shaped who we are today.
At the heart of everything we do is our motto, Khao Piyo Jiyo. Eat. Drink. Live. We believe food is about more than a meal. It’s about sharing experiences, celebrating life’s little moments and bringing people together.
Inspired by this philosophy, we created Only Foodies to reimagine Indian flavours with a modern twist. From flavour-packed wraps and convenient bentos to satisfying mini feasts and crave-worthy bites, we’re bringing familiar Indian favourites into exciting new formats designed for modern appetites and everyday cravings.

The founder of Masala Box, Chef Sumita brought her vision for Indian cuisine to New York, building a brand rooted in authentic flavours, warm hospitality and a love for bringing people together over good food.
Her passion continues to inspire the spirit of Only Foodies, bringing the Masala Box legacy to a new generation of food lovers.
